Hey! Im Katie,
Im 21 and have a passion for all things health and fitness! Im doing a dietetics degree at uni in London and also a PT in training! I love inspiring others to prioritise their own health and work on being the healthiest strongest and happiest versions of themselves! I love weight training and getting stronger, learning new skills and practicing a little bit of gymnastics too - handstands are my fave part of upper body sessions!
If I had to describe my personality in a few works I would say I am a very positive, friendly and easy to chat to person! I love being social and going out for meals, drinks and clubbing with my friends but I also really appreciate my own space and time alone! I suppose you could say I'm an introverted extrovert!!
I also enjoy making healthy, simple and tasty veggie meals and snacks for myself as I like to spread the message that food is fuel and everyone deserves to nourish their body with healthy balanced meals to feel good! and I also believe that balance is key so of course I love a few too many cocktails and a pizza with my friends too!
I suppose my instagram reflects a big mixture of this and I absolutely love showing how I approach a healthy balanced lifestyle and inspiring others to find what they love and what works for them.
In the past I have had an eating disorder which is now no longer part of my life luckily but I think it makes me much more aware of how prevalent these illnesses are and how important it is to spread awareness and support!!
Finally I currently live with my parents and sister and two franchise but will be moving from Essex back to London for uni very soon and I do love being in the city so this is exciting! I also have a bit of a love for cars and really enjoy driving around in mine :))
