My Terms

  • Content Guidelines: • Influencer will follow brand guidelines on messaging, tone, hashtags, and tags. • Influencer retains creative control over content style. Deadlines and Deliverables: • Content to be delivered by agreed deadlines. • Any delays will be communicated promptly to the brand. Compensation: • 50% of payment upfront upon agreement signing. • Remaining 50% upon completion and approval of all deliverables. • Payment is due within 15 working days. Usage Rights: • Brand can use the content for promotional purposes on digital platforms for [specific period, e.g., 6 months]. • Additional usage requires further negotiation and compensation. Disclosure and Transparency: • Influencer will disclose sponsored content as per advertising standards (e.g., #ad, #sponsored) Content Ownership: • Influencer retains ownership of created content. • Additional usage rights by the brand need separate negotiation. Confidentiality: • Both parties will keep proprietary information confidential. • Includes campaign details, pricing, and personal data. Cancellation and Termination: • Either party can terminate with written notice if terms are breached. • If the brand cancels without cause after agreement, the influencer retains upfront payments. Performance Metrics: • Influencer will provide engagement metrics as agreed in the brief. Compliance with Laws: • Both parties will comply with relevant advertising and data protection laws. Indemnification: • Brand will indemnify influencer from claims or liabilities arising from content use. Dispute Resolution: • Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before legal action.
